if one murders someone and is convicted is the other one a criminal too? do they cut a hole in the cell wall and let the innocent one live outside?

That's a difficult one. Maybe they would get a life sentence, but it would be halved, so both are in prison half the time and out the other half.

I would be more concerned about their love life!

What a dilemna -I would go for aiding and abetting as the 'innocent' half could have stopped the 'guilty 'half.

Thats what i aid earlier -aiding and abetting -concuring with Steve.

Its a dilemna which could happen then gets you thinking.
