I don't know, fluffy, but it's 70s dress and that's enough for me... :(
Question Author
You're right, funny: "funky." Eek. I don't do fancy dress of any kind. They have a what not to wear list, but the 70s have never really been my thing, so any suggestions for an outfit would be very appreciated, too! :)
hey whiskey, I went many moons ago. Its a 70's club so you have to dress 70's, well we had when we went. good night out though!!!!!

Hi, MATRIX! It's the dressing up that worries me! :(
70's is probably the best decade of music for me.

Dressing up will only be an afro wig and purple flares lol just see what's in yr wardrobe and you'll be fine
lol I think I raided my dad's wardrobe!
Question Author
No, Rev, no tacky afro wigs- look...

I'm struggling for ideas- it's really not my kinda thing. :(
I have been a few years back now, had a great time - although not as good as te old TCR venue I reckon - although some friends even stripped off and went into the pool room for a while. not really a place I'd go for a hen/stag - but then I wouldn't realy go to London for one.

As they say, its not about making fun of the 70s and 80s, its about having fun and looking cool on the most colourful dancefloor in London. You don't have to dress 70's.

Also note that they don't like blow up dolls, L-Plates and veils so they might be confiscated.
U can probably buy a crAP HIPPY OUTFIT FOR 20 QUID AT A FANCY DRESS SHOP
Just read the dress code. There are loads of ideas in there. I'd go with the catsuit and platform boots personally!lol.x

LOL, ,B>Katie! I don't think I could get away with that myself. I might go for the Daisy Duke thang (oh, gawd) and that way I can wear my cowboy hat (love that hat).

Behave, Rev. I don't do crap. :)

Octavius, I'm hoping it's not going to be the L-plate kind of hen-do... :o|
Are you just going for the chocolate willies on a stick then ?
Question Author
Those and the limo taking us there, Octavius.

I made a fatal error saying I was available before I knew what was planned!
Hello my luv!

Went to the venue on my 18th Birthday but it wasnt carwash night.

I heard its a great night though! You'll be fine lol! x
I've got some stuff in my disco dressing up box you could have:

A vicars robe that needs a wash
Some Elton John sunglasses
a dracula cape
A massive afro with bits of straw in it

You'll be fine

katie - Usual Suspect on facebook if you're bothered lol
