dont quite know which category to post this ?
my pal in the States cant buy this cream, its for a swollen knee helps with the pain, can I send it to her through the post ? would there be any restrictions on doing so ?

It's diclofenac gel which she should be able to buy in the states, maybe just under another name.

She could ask a pharmacist which of their pain relieving anti-inflammory gels they recommend.
