Can anyone help me, I tried cooking "Toad in the hole" last night and it look ok till I took it out the oven, then it went flat and stuck to the bottom of the oven dish, Any Advice?

Put the partly-cooked sausages in (you'll already have grilled them on two sides), then pour in the batter - made with two eggs, as advised by the Blessed Delia - bang the oven door shut for twenty minutes, then have a peek, and I bet you'll see a batter that's almost pushing the oven door open!
