virgin Holidays Orlando Villas Calabay Parc

Hi All,

Has anyone stayed in a villa on calabay parc booked through Virgin Holidays? I am trying to find out where abouts it is as there appers to be two calabay Parcs in Orlando (one is at Tower Lake)

Also does anyone know how it works when you arrive, is there a reception centre you have to go to and collect the keys? I'm sure it will all become apparent when we land but i like to know in advance.

I am sure we would like to help, but surely these are questions you should be asking Virgin.

If you are not sure where the parc is then Virgin should be able to tell you.

Same with picking up the keys, surely it is up to Virgin to tell you how to get your keys.

Thanks for that, sometimes it's easier to get friendly answer on here than sitting in a queue for ages waiting to speak to somebody from Virgin customer services. Altough i did ask the question when i first booked the holiday and the rep wasn't sure either.

As i said i'm sure it will all become clear when i arrive.

The Calabay Parc looks to be the one at Davenport. You usually pick up keys from a central point. Virgin will send all the details, directions etc with your tickets. Have been to Orlando twice with Virgin - excellent. Relax and enjoy.
