How do you get 66 attack to 70 in the least amount on Runescape?

How can I get from 66 attack to 70 in the least amount of time?! My stats are:

66attack
60hitpoints
57strength
54 defence

I have plenty of money so buying stuff isn't a problem. Please post good responces and I'm not going to use hacks or cheats. THANK YOU!

I think rock crabs give plenty of XP, or you can get slayer tasks and lvl the skills which are closest by changing the attack style, this will also give lvl your slayer.

i think doin slayer is ur best bet, thats how i lvl up, im a lvl95

hi devil.
Theres is no real quick way of getting ur attack up in combat other than actually training. Im lvl 90, my advice would be to do heros quest (which u might already have done) and get dragon battleaxe. Go to crandor mountain and train on the moss giants and activating the battleaxes spec as much as possible as this raises ur stg lvl and u get alot higher hits. Hope it helps happy runescapeing =)
