Well 10minutes is not very long is it!! I have the Kym Ryder one and do parts of it for about 20 minutes 4 -5 times a week then my toning exercises too. All in all it takes around 30-40 mins. I don't think 10 mins per day would be enough, you could always do 10 mins in morning then repeat in afternoon that would be better.
No, 10 minutes is not enough, you need to keep your heartrate up for at least 20 minutes.
An adequate workout should include 20 minutes plus of cardiovascular exercise and a balance resistance workout, using weights.
If you don't want to do too much, just go for a brisk 20 minute walk, wear a heartrate monitor and ensure your heartrate rises to at least 70% of your maximum. Also, you can stop at any bench you pass and use it for press ups, tricep dips and step ups.
Put some lively music on and dance round energetically to that. Thats what I do and I do it whenever I can. I am very fit but I walk alot and have a active job.
