Hi was wondering if anyone can help me. Many years ago in home ec we made a delicious lemon mousse, which was quite easy to make, but I have lost the recipie. All I can remember is that we used egg white, lemon juice and rind and possibly some caster sugar. Anyone got a recipie for an easy lemon mousse? Thanks in advance.
