I could be wrong here but I think it was by a fella called Lord Tanamo but please don't quote me on that!!!

Yes , chilliwitch is right ,it was Lord Tanamo, who also performed with The Skatalites.

Jools Holland and Jay Kay from Jamiroquai also done a version which was quite good.
