Answer Bank with all the topics available is a really great forum! All tastes catered for, all problems solved and a good bit of banter, why do certain AnswerBankers want to spoil it! Some of the posts aren't worth the space they are typed on!

Sorry, Mary T, but it has always been this way. In fact, of late, it has not really been that bad. I have always felt that this is a poor reflection of society when some poor soul has to resort to spending many, many hours on CB, communicating with faceless non-entities, not knowing the sex, age, race, etc. of the posters or respondents but posing questions such as, "I am having egg & chips for dinner" ... "What are you having?". I mean, who gives a toss. On the other hand, this is supposed to be an open public forum so I suppose anything goes. DTH.

noknowledge ... as stated earlier, "Who gives a toss?" regarding what either of us had. However, cleversod has hit the nail on the head, so to speak ..... if it fills a vacuum, where's the harm?

But it's quite pitifl really that the vacuum some have to fill is 24hrs a day. The vacuum I fill with CB is about 2 minutes 4 or five times a day = 10 mins per day.
Someone here last week asked how many friends I had here (like they had one up on me, because I don't have any) and I thought that a really sad reflection because to me it's just words, discussion, arguments with non entities but a little entertainment and stimulation only.. Upp that's my minute up.
