Name that film......

From a couple of years ago, I rented this film about a spacecraft in the future. Something happened on board, and i think that somehow the computer on the ship (which i think had a female voice), takes over the ship, and it ends up plotting a route that would crash them into the Earth, possible blowing up a t the same time. I think the main character was a woman as well. I dont think it had any major actors in it at the time, and it wasnt particularly high budget. Anyone got any ideas what the film was?

You're not thinking of Alien Resurrection are you? It's the forth in the series of Alien films. Maybe you're looking for something more obscure but the plot sounded similar.

Nope, wasnt that. Im sure the box really hyped up the film, thats why i rented it, but was really low budget with no stars in it at all!!
