Fresh Chicken fillets for dinner tonight

anyone can any ideas what I can make with fresh chicken fillets.

Cut down the middle fill with Philly cheese and wrap with bacon strips. Healthy too !

same thing but with paxo stuffing and bacon - bake in the ocen for 40 mins at 180 - serve with new spuds and a green veg. yummy!

cut down middle, fill with feta and spinach, fry on both sides..or stuff between the skin if there is skin on.

marinade in a mixture of yoghurt, harissa, olive oil and cumin to taste ( not too much harissa if you're not used to it , about 1 or 2 teaspoons) very spicy, make paste, put on top of fillets keep in cool for about 20 mins bake in oven

Make some fresh breadcrumbs, cut the fillets into strips, dip in egg then the breadcrumb, put on a baking tray with a bit of olive oil and cook in the oven till golden(or fry them) and serve in some crusty bread/baguette/bread roll etc with salad and mayo.

Oooops just realised you asked this yesterday so fillets will have been eaten I presume.

Yes I have had the chicken already but I would still like any ideas as I have chicken a lot but never have ideas
