Television Signal Strenght
8 Answers
Does anyone know who I can contact to find out why the television signal strength in my area has deterioated in the last couple of days. ITV, Channel 4 and five are all very weak terrestrially and my freeview digital box can not detect several channels when I retune. Any suggestions as to what I should do or who I should contact?

I think there is also phone numbers on the BBC pages regarding interference and signal problems.
This can happen when the aerial becomes out of alignment. You also need to make sure that your aerial matches the polaristion of then transmitter, if you have previously had a good picture, the polarisation should be correct. A good aerial fitter would test the signal for you with a field strength meter.
Any problems recently with Freeview are possibly this?
