Sorry gina- i watched corrie but just as teh final scene with Steve started I was typing on Answerbank at that moment and just heard my wife laughing and say "classic" .

Anyway, I notice your posting twice contains teh misspelling teh . However hard I try to spell teh word teh correctly it always comes out wrong. Is it my PC or is it me. Do you always have this problem too?

brain not as quick as fingers i think
I thought it was the flat above the bookies??
He was in the kitchen of the Rovers - seen before when Betty's been making hotpot but not very often.
As for the miss spelling... I can never type dear it always comes out as dera... how queer...

everytime ive seen the rovers kitchen it has been all stainless steel due to it being a "working" kitchen. and the way the settee was because its usually behind the table and chairs that they are always sitting at. i really must get out more!
Not just corrie, but all soap houses amaze me - always smaller on the outside than in.
You're so right Postdog because apparently it's the upstairs of the Rovers....
see here, image 35
(there's a bit of text below the slides)

on the upper floor, who said it was upstairs???
Well it's hardly likely to be downstairs, is it?

Common use of the English language - basement or cellar; ground floor; upper floors which are first floor, second floor etc.
oh dear, and I thought my only mistake was to say image 35 instead of 31, but I credited everyone with enough intelligence to find it.
I apologise for my sloppy English.... <sigh>

i did find it and im lost somewhere here, on the clip it says upper floor, and ethel my kitchen is on the groundfloor, isnt that where most kitchens are??? why isnt it likely to be downstairs???
Ethel was stating that the 'upper floor' wouldn't be downstairs. And the only way to reach it, unless there's an escalator or lift we don't know about either, would be up some stairs.
It seems to have been converted into a flat up there, as it's now complete with kitchen.

You're worrying about it too much gina :o)
