The main risk from abortion - leaving aside the psychological issues that a minority of women have to deal with afterwards, and focussing solely on the physical side - is that some (tiny minority) find it difficult to conceive afterwards, as some procedures are more invasive than others and sometimes leave intra-uterine scars - thankfully this is rare and was mainly an effect from 'back-street' practitioners.
However, you obviously don't need to worry about that! Congratulations by the way.
There is a body of evidence put forward by the pro-life lobby that shows increased risk of breast cancer, ectopic pregnancy, and placenta previa. I'm not a doctor, so can't comment on the veracity of these claims (there seems to be a level of scare mongering involved), but the risk is so low it shouldn't worry you any more than if you hadn't had a termination. Can i suggest that when you go to your gp to have your check-ups that you ask for their advice?
Good luck!
