has anyone booked with holiday genie
We have booked to go to Florida in December 2008 with holiday genie we received a phone call 2 weeks ago to say there was a fuel surcharge of 79.00pd per person being added and that we should pay for our flights now before there is a increase in the flights so for 2 weeks now we have been waiting for a breakdown invoice for the full flights amount as there is 7 of us travelling still not recieved it, so we rang them again yesterday trouble getting hold of anyone manager would not speak to us but said it would be sorted out in a couple of day here's hoping, also they are supposed to be arranging my sisters wedding for when we are out there still not received a brochure and everyone is getting a bit worried, my dad is having drive to there offices today to see he can get any luck, if no luck we be getting ABTA involved and asking for a refund of deposits.

But they are the cheapest around if can put up with some disputes then book with them, we have not got to pay our full amount to October so lets hope nothing crops up then . Good Luck
