I fractured my head of humerus 2 years ago and now have restricted movement in my left arm. How do I get registered disabled?

You have to contact your local social services dept (look in phone book) first and they will send someone out to assess you. You can call the Disability Benefits Helpline on 0800 882200 to find out what you are entitled to.
