bailiff removal notice

i got a removal notice with my name on it but no address the notice does not state much but just has ref no: on it. i am sure it is for parking tickets from over a year ago so what are my rights i live in a guest house fully furnished so none of the stuff inside is mine other guest may inadvertantly let the bailiff in. i did not hear anything about my appeal and stat dec i made over a year ago about those parking just the removal notice yesterday. what do i do?

As this is the third question on this you've posted I'm thinking you're not getting what you want from the advice already given so I'd suggest going and speaking to someone at your local CAB for a more face to face approach.

Tetjam is there any need to be so god damn rude !!!

In answer to your question you can offer to pay a reasonable amount a month and most accept this. I have had this too and am paying regular �120 per month considering I only owe �800 this is reasonable, although the bailiff is threatening to send in the removal team I told him just try it !!! Not heard anything else from him. Have kept all text messages where he was rude as evidence too. Good luck !!!!!!!!
