PayPal - Can't log in

I need to pay for an eBay purchase but PayPal won't let me log in. Also, when I open a new window and type in www.paypal.co.uk or .com the page just will not open. Is this anything to do with having deleted cookies from control panel or are there current problems with PayPal. The amount owing is only �3 and I would like to send cheque or CASH but seller won't reply to emails requesting postal address. This has been going on for over a week and I am desperate to sort things out. PayPal have not responded to my emails and it puts me in a bad position regarding the posibility of negative feed-back from eBay

When you are logged in and in the myebay page, are you clicking on paypal account in the left hand column?
This should take you there direct.
Then it invites you to log in. Is any of this working?

I've just logged in to PayPal with no problems.

If the seller doesn't want to accept any other payment, he doesn't have to although it would be better for him to accept cash.

Hi Grasscarp Eureka... or so I thought. Got into PayPal!! Need to update profile. Keep filling in all card and address details but when I press save or edit as instructed it just returns me to the blank form again. Its really frustrating

Have you tried emailing paypal on the contactus link? dont know what to suggest otherwise.

Hi grasscarp Couldn't use contact us link because I couldn't get on to PayPal Home page. Seem to be making some headway now. Will let you know
