Dinner time

I'm off to make my dinner. I'm making chicken breast wrapped in bacon with cheese in the middle, tenderstem broccoli and baby new potatoes.

Hi Pixi,

Just made it in mid-eating session now. Can't remember the last time I had a chip butty. I think it was when I was in a late-night kebab shop on the way home form a drunken episode. Those were the days........... ;c)

Well my chip butty was boring lol I was supposed to make something with chicken but I forgot to get it out of the freezer :(

Lol I do that all the time and end up making something on toast. I don't mind if its any other meat but you can never be too careful with chicken.

I've got cauliflower and broccoli in a cheese sauce (oh.. and a few mushrooms, onions and a thinly sliced chilli in there as well) to be served up with some colcannon and sweetcorn.... sorry, it does sound rather yummy doesn't it ?
