yesterday i bought a loaf of foil wrapped bread from tesco's . It was claimed on the wrapper that it would last seven days however when i came to have some nfor my dinner there was none left as the kids had eaten it all in one day . have i got a claim under the trade description act ?

Yes, I got a shed load of money from the manufactures of 'Milky Way'. They advertised it as the sweet you can eat between meals without ruining your appetite.

I ate 17 of them and couldn't finish my dinner

they said once you pop you can't stop
well i did with there barbeque ones
not only did i stop but i threw them away as none of us liked them
