Thorpe Park print at home tickets?

Anyone else ever used this service? I bought mine at 9pm last night for today (you can buy them up until midnight) and it said they normally email you them within two hours-
I still haven't received them! Have checked my spam emails and all the usuals to check it hasn't got lost somewhere but it's definitely not arrived =( Very rubbish!

hi, my brother had the same problem a short while ago, he recieved his 3 days after the date they were booked for. have you tried giving them a ring

I'm sure if you ordered them on line just print confirmation and go to the online booking kiosk when you get there

I was tempted but it says on the bookink confirmation
'you will not be allowed to enter the park until you have printed the tickets'
hmm, can't get a person on any of their phone numbers either, all recorded info!

Dya reckon if I just go and if they won't let me in buy a normal ticket, that they would refund it afterwards?
