Stuck on 1 myself.

9 Across - Office worker given five pounds, turning five into fifty.

Looks like Filer and I can see the L for 50 but don't really get the rest of it.

I've cracked it - can't see how I missed it really.

5 pounds is a fiver so turn 5 (V) into 50 (L) gives us filer.
