Broadband suddenly gotten slow when on a network.

We have a network for our house with four computers on it.  We installed broadband going into my computer with other computers accessing the internet through my computer.  Previously, it's always been fast, but within the last few days it had been going very slow but only when the computer is connected to the network.  Is there a way I can fix it to the way it was?

If your internet has been going slow only last few days have you accidently installed spyware on one or more pc's. Spyware transmits information accross the internet ie using your bandwidth. Try running adaware or spybot to remove any spyware they find.

Or it could be a program youve installed recently that needs a lot of internet access.
