Zoom airline. Any good?

 I'm thinking of using Zoom (flyzoom.com) to travel to Toronto from London.

Anyone have any experience of them?

Used Zoom last October (also Toronto) and took an upgrade going out and was excellent. Economy on return was like the usual cattle wagon feel - just about bearable for 8 hours
