Spicy chilli and tomato sauce with onion, mushroom, garlic, peppers and mozarella cheese, a few more bits of chopped chilli and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.....

pepperoni, jalapeno, onion, peppers and shrooms. on the deepest base my hubby can muster. yum!

Cooking in the oven at the moment is a concoction of what was available in my cupboard/fridge:

Tin of chopped tomatoes
Onion
Shrooms
Diced up princes tinned hot dog (LOL!!)
Grated mozzarella
Mixed herbs sprinkled on top
