Yes - is there anything in particular you'd like to know?
Basically it's based on the principle put forward by the likes of Deming that manufacturing variation can be reduced so far that defects become a thing of the past. I don't want to get technical here, but the basis is that all variation can be charted in a bell curve, and that this curve is 3 sigma either side of the mean - ie three standard deviations either side. The aim is to reduce the size of the standard deviations.

The course is intensive enough, is time consuming and bloody expensive. A lot of large multinationals ask for this in their quality engineers, but it's actually falling out of favour in smaller/medium sized organisations as being too cumbersome and expensive, and requires a strong leadership approach.
