Hi munirtwin.... do you mean you would like a soup recipe ? If so, do you have any particular ingredients in mind ?
Generally a soup is a liquid food formed from any of these ingredients:- meat, fish, vegetables, pulses etc, which are cooked and then water/stock and flavourings (salt, pepper, spices, herbs etc) are added.
If you tell us what you want to make the soup out of, we can give you some recipes.
Pop your chosen leftovers in water (or possibly stock) & leave to gently simmer for several hours, tasting occasionally & adding seasoning to taste, if required. Some require straining through a sieve or similar filter. Where do you think restaurants get theirs from!? Then freeze or keep in fridge, depending on quantity or requirements.
If you yould take a few extra minutes to re-word your question, you might get some civil answers. You might add a please or thank you for good measure???
