comfortable work shoes

Hi
My job demands that I stand all day on a concrete floor. This puts a lot of pressure on my feet to the point that , by the end of the day , I can hardly walk.
I've tried insoles and they seem to work for a few days but then the pain returns.
Can anyone recommend any comfortable work shoes?

thanks - I do own a pair - but they aren't suitable for work as I could easily drop stuff on my feet!

Many people suffer from this.
Just take your most comfortable shoes you own and fix a square foot of shagpile carpet to each, voile!!!

Dont know where you work but do you have a Health & Safety rep,because at our place they provided rubber pressure mats which help a lot.
