Abstract, if that's the case (i'm not saying for sure it's not), why do these people receive criminal convictions and prison terms? You can't convict someone of murder and imprison them if they killed someone largely because of their schizophrenia. If paedophiles do what they do due to a brain abnormality, is it right to blame them rather than section or treat them?

I described something as 'about as useful as the Pope's penis' and a catholic accused me of being a 'bigot'. I pointed out that the pope would be the first to agree that his penis is not that useful but this did not wash.

I dunno, maybe he was molested as an altar boy or something.
