I have just seen your post that stated I believe using JustSnipe on eBay is unfair.

I have never said that - and advocate using that or similar snipe tools to avoid or lessen the chance of shill bidding.

Now, I don't really care what you say about me but many people here know I have an eBay business and know a bit about how eBay works. I would hate anybody to rely on something you have quoted me as saying when it is blatantly untrue.

There was merely a confusion by me over comments by said person towards knobby.
The snipe and shill words were incorectly posted by me .i was under the impression said person was against sniping when in fact said person is against shilling as far as im aware and hence the confusion and great controversey.
As i said i have since emailed said person and offered an apology .

there was never any intimation or inference that said person was in favour of any dodgey dealings on ebay.
that was exactly why i posted saying that said person was against the snipe.which i actually thought was the thing she had told knobby she wasnt in favour of.
therefore ther was no malice , no nastiness,

a simple confusion that i could have explained to said person rightaway.
and i did at the first opportunity.

sadly since then some folk have sen fit to keep reposting on this thread for no reason other than to try and stir things up.
which im sure waasnt the posters original intention.
and as it was a mistake on my part and certainly not a deliberate malicious posting .
i can only assume these people care less aabout the upset to the poster and more about causing trouble ?

anyone really bothered will noiw be in posession of the facts as is the said person and i assume will be suitably satisfied with an extensive explanation for a simple confusion between two words .

im sure the poster of this never intended this to happen and certainly wouldnt condone this attempt to hijack the post for ulterior motives.


once more an apology can be posted if required , but im under the impression the said user understands it was a genuine mistaake and i was trying to site her as a source of authority.

this thread was never intended as a b�tchfest and i find the attempts here to start one far more disrespectful to the poster than my genuine mistake when trying to use her as a helpful authority on ebay to clear up a question.


theres probably more than one apology due to ethel from folk trying to start more crap on ab.something the poster really wouldnt agree with in my opinion.
