I don't have the answer yet, but you are not alone!! I too am desperate to get some info on that tune.  It stops me in my tracks every time I hear it.  Have posted the request on a few other sites and i will let you know if and when i get an answer.  Ta ta..

I found it for you.  It's called Police Dogs Bonfire by Lazyboy.  It starts with the mandolin and is the one from the ad with the girl and mum pulling faces.  You can buy it on iTunes for 79p.
