I subscribe to Tiscali (Homechoice) broadband service.
I check my webmail daily before I open up Outlook to eliminate the large amount of spam I have been receiving.
Just recently when I open Outlook I receive my mail and then I get it all again, and again, and again. I asked Tiscali about this and they say it is not coming from them suggesting it is coming from Microsoft.
Any suggestions?

No I do not delete from my server immediately because I have other PCs and laptops and I wish to keep an identical record of emails on each. Once they are all up to date then I manually delete from the server say every two or three days. It's been like that for years with no problem.
None of my emails are duplicated on Tiscali's web mail.
I don't get this problem with my laptop which runs on Vista. The others run on Windows XP and I am wondering if it can be recent upgrades I have been receiving that are causing the problem.
