In Hollyoaks how did Adam end up in a wheelchair and what has Mandy got2 do wid it?! (am a little confused!)

I'm a little ashamed to admit I know this, but here goes. Mandy was driving herself and Adam home from somewhere one night when she crashed her car off of the road, down a hill and on to a railway line. She escaped relatively unhurt but Adam was paralysed.He hated her for ages afterwards but in typical soap style they're now destined to become lovers! Not that I watch it or anything...

i saw that episode!they wer avin a fite, and adam wudn't get out. I think it was about Luke or somert. hu no's?
