The diced carrots in vomit is actually part of the stomach lining. Being sick is a violent bodily action and it can break up parts of your stomach......lol.

That's not carrot.

It is the bile in your stomach colouring the lumps of undigested food.

Very common after a weekend boozing - your liver, kidney and bile ducts have been put under a strain dealing with the poison you've been pumping in to your system.
