i was going to send the wife flowers to cheer her up after my weekend with lads. the thing is she'll think i've been up to somefun as she assiciates flowers with guilt, so what could i send her instead?

we had a bad experience a few years back and i thought flowers would make everything better. she don't like flowers much after that.

Spend time not money ... make dinner, including going to the shop yourself, cook it , wash up, watch what she wants on the telly ( all night )- and - if you relly want to push the boat out learn how to use the washing machine on a regular basis ... sorted
