Fish

I bought some fish in my local french supermarket called julienne. This isn't in my dictionary and when I've googled it comes up as julienne. Is there a type of fish in english called this? It's a very long fish served in fillets.

I'd appreciate any help on this

julienne just means cut in to long thin strips,
