When is it acceptable to have some adult fun....

with your partner? My partner and I now live together, which has only recently happened, so we are still enjoying the newness of being together.

I have a 13 year old daughter who, as it is the summer holidays, gets up late and goes to bed late and sometimes gets up after we have gone to bed to watch tv.

Now we know that, apart from Friday nights, she could be awake at any time and so it is not a case of waiting for her to go to sleep. (Added to this problem the bed has acquired a squeek from somewhere).

Is she old enough to understand that what we are doing is ok, or should we avoid it until Fridays......................??

I have had to smile to myself, when we got married our first night was spent in the spare bedroom at my mothers and someone had tied an iron to the bottom of the bed,I think all the neighbourhood must have heard us...:>)

How times change. I would never have dared get up after my parents had gone to bed, to watch TV.

Perhaps some boundaries need to be set with your daughter? You shouldn't have to manage your sex life around that of a 13 year old child's.
