I love pasta..........with olive oil, red onions, baby tomatoes, pine nuts and spinach and goats cheese.....oh, and hi Pasta :-)

ROFL. I'm the same - some nice penne pasta with a bit of basil and garlic in a fresh tomato sauce. A few roasted peppers and onions are nice with it, too!!

Hi petal...I do one with tom sauce,aubergine and chunks of ricotta...the cheese melts in...lovely!!!
