When you're feeling very anxious about a particular thing which is coming up or something you feel you have done wrong, what do you do to allieviate these feelings?
Keep busy and do plenty of exercise and eat healthily,plenty of fruit n veg for that feel good factor,should ease ur worries alot when u start to feel good in yourself! good luck.
