what kind of questions do they ask in a marks and spencers interview?

Went for interview about 5 years ago with M&S was given a topic and a had to act like a personal shopper, and decide what you would advise that person to purchase and why..... also have to do role play with the rest of the interviewee's.. be prepared! And the usual questions on what do you call good customer service and, name a time when you previously went beyond the call of duty!
