Best place to try is Expedia. However the words Amsterdam, cheap and central are not synonomous with each other.

Cant agree more we went last year 80 pounds a night was very average and pounds gone down since .Not a place to go for a long time unless you are rich .Great for short break.there are cheaper places at airport but youve got to be in centre to really appreciate it.

We thought this was pretty good. Not the cheapest but bang in the middle and very clean. Not too exxy either.
