Rabbits tend not to like things with sticky, prickly or aromatic leaves - cistus, santolina, lavender, rosemary, berberis, holly. They wont touch penstemons, foxgloves, phlomis. Dont bother with roses, as they love them, but you could get away with standard roses if you protect the main stem with a plastic tree protector to stop them eating the bark. They dont seem to touch phygelius, ceanothus, alliums, daffodils.... there is actually quite a lot you can grow! You may find that they will try a few nibbles on new planting, just to see if they like it, and then leave it alone, so dont be discouraged! There are some very good resources on the web for more ideas. Though in my experience as a gardener, different rabbits can have different tastes!
