Everyone I've ever bought, they seem to have forgotten to put the topping on.

Lol - that reminds me of my fave italian restaurant, Chris. I always have a steak when I go there!!! : )
" Woman does not live by pasta alone "
Someone's gonna make something of that^^^^^^
Hey leg, I'm in a small village just outside of Hull in East Yorkshire (you've probably heard of Hull, it's got an appalling reputation!)
Sorry to butt in on that chappie - but do you get coastal erosion as far up as Hull?

You're not alone pasta - you have Caspar!
No we don't, thank goodness Ice.

Hubby wanted us to move to a place on the coast, it would have dropped into the sea within 25 years. That didn't seem to bother mr.c.
Doh!!!
Lol @ pasta!! x

No - it's just that my son's class went over that way to see how the rocky coastline's eroded in many parts. There was a road somewhere that's now come to an abrupt halt because the rest of it's fallen into the sea.
From what my Son tells me, he pays about 7-10 for a pizza, I can make my own personal one for a fiver.
Hey come on Ron. Please tell us why you chose your username.

Go on .......... you know you want to!

:o)
God - that IS expensive!!
Oh OK chappie,

I'm a taxi driver and my name is Ron, satisfied? lol.
Watched a program once where two Italians were asked to judge a number of supermarket pizzas. Their opening remark was, First of all, none of these is a pizza then they judged them as pizza substitutes.Sounds like you will have to go to Italy!

Oh mama mia, thatsa longa way to go for a pizza!!!!

Okay, okay, so it's a cr*ppy Italian accent - can you do any better?

BTW if you're reading this Ron, thanks for the explanation re your username. Can I suggest you change it to TaxicabRon? Then you won't get twits like me asking you to explain it!!!!!

Actually, I think TaxicabRon would suit you. So will you change it? Oh, go on Ron - you know you want to!!!!

♫You do Ron Ron Ron, you do Ron Ron.♫

(I know .... pathetic attempt at humour .... I'll get me coat)
My (home made) pizzas are famous round here ....lol.... if anyone wants the recipe, just shout and I'll post it in food & drink... very easy to make the base (ok, I've got a bread maker and make the dough up in that, 2 mins to sort that out, 45 mins for it to make and prove....)... then I roll out the dough, place on greased baking trays, cover and when doubled in size, smear on some pasta sauce (JO's tomato & basil is great), chopped onions, mushrooms, sliced peppers, garlic, chillies etc etc (whatever toppings I want) as well as some chunks of mozzarella cheese and bake in a hot oven for about 20-25 mins..... absolutely flipping gorgeous (and good cold too).

I find that to get a decent restaurant pizza, you need to visit a proper Italian restaurant that has a pizza oven - I'm happy to pay up to about 10 for a good one. The take-away versions tend to be loaded with cheddar cheese (which just separates out into its constituent parts - ie is greasy) instead of mozzarella.
