well I wouldnt've said you were 50 chappie - and anyway, so what? We all get there eventually (hopefully!), so what the hell. You've got a nice sense of huimour anyway.

Yes, i agree with you Bez, but as I say, our school's particularly good with things like that - or should I say, the parents are. It must be horrible for the little ones to pick them up when they do though - embarrassing for their mums, and uncomfortable for the children.

Hey Ron, was it "Let's go to San Fransisco" or "If You're Going to San Fransisco"? Both great songs, btw.

mrs.chappie, yes it was both of them.

And to really show off, I went on stage and played the organ with the Camps Trio to play and sing '' Whiter Shade of Pale '' by Procol Harem.

Those were the days, sigh.

Hey, thanks for your kind words, Ice and bez - it's nice of you to say so.

Ron, I expect you feel the same as me - can't believe how quickly the years have flown.
I feel that even now, chappie. i think it's with starting a family so young. our eldest's 11 in January, and already it seems like only yesterday when he was born, yet it won't be all that long before he's a teenager!!! Oh dear.

Aww...this's been another nice thread.

You could always do it again Rtaxron!
Hi Ice, see ur back onb line....wot was the problem?

I still have this enor'mouse' spider/mouse following me in here....soon as I get the swat ready it ducks under the bed. It's huge & black. yuk....will be a messy swat
Wish I could Ice, so many happy memories, but as they say, you should never go back.

It was funny at the camp because the trio became friends and they marked the keys on the keyboard with a pen to show me which ones to press.

It went down well because the holiday makers were all pi$$ed and the next day I felt like a superstar, because all the parents teen girls were asking for autographs and the night times hmm, will say no more. lol

Hey Ron, would I be right in thinking you're not with your missus anymore?
Correct mrs.chappie,

But best of friends and look after each other if any probs occur.
Question Author
Nice to hear that, Ron. Any youngsters?
Yes mrs.chappie,

Three girls, two in Aussie, one here who is a health visitor, and the son works in the prison service.

Makes me feel sooo old. lol.

How about you?
Question Author
Never had any of my own, Ron (long story) but I've got two stepsons.

Mind you, they're not youngsters anymore (mid twenties). Funny thing is, mentally I feel about the same age as them! (Hey, aint it nice when you can kid yourself! lol)
Night mrs.chappie ,

sleep tight, zzzzzzzz.
