Hi, I'm thinking of knocking through my Lounge and Dining room as my back room just doesn't get used really. Can anyone give me a rough estimate so I have an idea what to pay. The wall that I'm requiring to be knocked through is a supporting wall.
Many Thanks.

Best to get three local builders to give you a quote rather than rely on guesses here.
Please do not forget that this requires a Building Control application / sign-off. And don't ignore this or you will inevitably have to provide an indemnity insurance certificate when you eventually come to sell the house - solicitors are hot on checking for this nowadays.
