not easy shunt i seen this being done in a club once to a snooker table and they tech had all sorts of gizmos. you have to get the proper baize first of all then dismantle the table take off the old cloth etc unless it a very good table i'd buy a new one and even then i'd let a pro do it if it's worthwhile getting it recovered.
