Ebay auctions

How do you complain to ebay about an auction? I am aware of an auction that needs to be pulled as the seller is offering copyright material which is not theirs but the help system....doesn't help

what's the point? I wouldn't complain at all.
1) they are unlikely to do much
2) the seller will just resurface
3) there's a ton of fake stuff on there....they are being sued by tiffany's who ran a check and allege that 8 percent of the reported Tifffany stuff was real.
4) ebay are well aware of the fakes. They make money out of the sale of fakes! They run daily filters, but obviously a ton gets through. Why do their policing for them>?

Ebay actually end auctions early if they infringe the rules.  I have had this happen to me

I reported someone who was infringing the terms in the manner you describe, and the auction was pulled. I have yet to see them offering similar product since (even under a different name). You can also report it to FACT.
