Hi Guys, Need your help again.
The whole of my Screen on my Toshiba Satellite laptop has moved over to the left hand side leaving a Black line down the right. Could you tell me the "fix" please.

There will probably be a setting in the video adapter properties to "maintain hardware aspect ratio". When this is ticked the extra pixels at the bottom or the side are left black. When unticked the video is distorted to fill the screen.
Right click on the desktop and select properties. Dig around in there and you should find something.

right click somewhere blank on the desktop
take properties | settings and check the screen resolution
it should be 800x600 or 1024 x 768
if that doesn't do it - click the advanced | monitor
and check that the refresh rate os 60Hz.
to complicate matters further a tosh will possibly have a utility that gives you more settings for your graphict adapter .... you'll have to poke around and see
