I have just had a new combi boiler so now have no hot water tank I still have the old airing cupboard and would like to use it as such Do they make a small wattage (250)skirting board heater which I could use to keep it warm whch would not cost too much to run

The guy that did the work put a little radiator in. (can't see a specific name, but I know it was supplied by Screwfix.) This runs off the boiler. BUT, it will only work when the central heating is on. Therefore in summer it obviously is not on.Just thought, are you thinking of an electric one? It is a pain when you're used to an airer isn't it !!!!!
